new update to swarm

LADIES, WE HAVE 1 MORE SPOT TO FILL. IF ANYONE KNOWS OF SOMEONE THAT WOULD LIKE TO JOIN PLEASE HAVE THEM CALL ME ASAP AND WE CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THIS TO HAPPEN!!! I HAVE HAD A DROP OUT AT THE LAST MINUTE.

ALSO, WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO - PLEASE BRING YOUR CAMERA TO THIS EVENT. I WOULD LIKE TO (IF POSSIBLE) HAVE PEOPLE TAKING PICTURES THROUGHOUT THE DAY OF VARIOUS THINGS AND GET IN TOUCH WITH ME TO GET THE PICTURES UPLOADED TO A CENTRAL LOCATION FOR EVERYONE TO SHARE THE PICS AND GET COPIES OF THEM FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL USE. I FOR ONE WOULD LIKE TO SCRAPBOOK THIS MOMENT IN TIME SO THAT IS THE REASON THAT I AM LOOKING TO DO THIS.

PAYMENTS:
I still have not received payments from Diane Flatt - Stephanie Weaver - Kim Woods. I have contacted these people and was notified that their payments were in the mail to me. As of Tuesday April 7th I have not received these payments, so if they went out in Monday's mail I should still be receiving them this week. If you know these people and their email is not on this list could you please forward the info onto them.


We have received a bigger room than what was originally planned on which will allow us for more leg room I feel!!! Very excited about that one!!!

CONTESTS:
We currently have a contest going on which I am hoping everyone has gotten the information on already. I don't have everyone's email address so if you know anyone that has signed up for the swarm please let them know about this information. Anywhoo, NAME TAG CONTEST is the current one. Please create a unique name tag to win a prize. You don't have to participate if you don't want to but this is the first one that we are hosting. We will be hosting another contest but not until the day of. Information for that contest will be given out around lunchtime.

There will be some other GOODIES in store for the day as well but we don't want to ruin the SURPRISES!!!. We want everyone to have a great time and enjoy yourself as much as we will. We are looking forward to meeting all the new people!!! If you prefer to provide goodies for everyone that is totally up to you personally. Again, don't want to ruin surprises but if you would like to buy something for everyone as a goodie or make something for everyone it is up to you and you would need to provide for 50 people.

FOOD:
**Breakfast: Assorted pastries, coffee, and orange juice (served 9 am)

**Lunch: Ham or turkey sandwiches, fruit, bag of chips or pretzels, cookie, and soda (served at noon)

**Dinner: Fried Chicken, Roasted Potatoes or Rice Pilaf, Rolls and Butter, Seasonal Vegetable, Desert, Soda (served at 5pm)

PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN EXTENSON CORD IN CASE WE RUN OUT FOR YOUR CRICUT MACHINE.

TIME: 9 am till 11 pm April 18th at the Shipshewana Town Center in Shipshewana IN. If anyone needs directions please use MapQuest or contact me and I will do the best I can (not very good at directions which is why I do MapQuest myself)!!!
